Â鶹ÊÓƵ held a networking breakfast with industry leaders this morning. The event was held at Â鶹ÊÓƵ QI Campus Hall and was attended by industry leaders from private, public and government sectors. Â鶹ÊÓƵ hopes to add value to our students, alumni, and society at large through these industry engagements.
The event was kickstarted with a few remarks from the Rector of Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Dr. Ahmed Anwar. Followed by a brief presentation by Nizna Ali Didi, Director of Marketing and Communications of Â鶹ÊÓƵ, discussing the importance of industry engagements and partnerships. Next, Dr. Shahid, Dean of the Institute of Research and Innovation shared his presentation on supporting the evidence-based implementation of SGD’s through training and consultancy. Afterwards, Abdulla Nafiz, Dean of FBM and Moosa Mohamed Manik, Director of Academic Development gave a presentation about how Â鶹ÊÓƵ connects academic content to real world problems. And lastly the event was concluded with an intellectual discussion about managing risk in uncertain times by Mr. Prasanna Balachandran, a C-Level Risk Professional with Multi Industry Experience gave.
